Au nom du peuple Américain, je tiens à vous exprimer mes vives félicitations en ce moment où vous célébrez votre Fête Nationale du 26 juin.
Les Etats-Unis espèrent voir le jour où Madagascar peut célébrer de nouveau non seulement son indépendance mais aussi la démocratie.
